Swati is part of Arali’s Investment Management and Fund Operations team, working across fund accounting, investor relations, fund compliance, portfolio monitoring, and fund administration.

At Arali, Swati supports the day-to-day financial and operational activities of the funds, including fund accounting, compliance, investor reporting, and portfolio reporting. She works closely with the investment team, Limited Partners (LPs), portfolio companies, and external service providers to ensure that the fund’s financial, regulatory, and operational processes are managed accurately and efficiently.

Her responsibilities also include supporting distributions, audits and valuations, regulatory filings, management reporting, and monitoring financial and operational information across Arali’s portfolio companies.

Before joining Arali, Swati worked with a multinational bank in its Trade Finance division, with a focus on import transactions and payments. This experience provided her with a strong foundation in banking operations, financial processes, and transaction management.

Swati holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
