Sujata Krishnan
Sujata manages the fintech investments at Arali, apart from managing the finances and compliance of the fund. She also co-ordinates due diligence and deal-closure activities for the fund and as part of post-investment support, oversees finance and compliance at portfolio companies.
Sujata has over 15 years of experience across business finance, M&A and tax and regulatory consulting. In her last role, she worked with NTT Data (formerly Dell Services) as a finance controller across their Applications and Infrastructure Outsourcing businesses where she enabled business units to build and achieve financial plans through effective cost controls and optimisation.
Sujata did her post-graduation (MBA) from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and is also a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Sujata loves reading and has a deep interest in India’s traditional crafts and textiles.
