After graduating with a degree in Finance, she began her professional journey at TresVista, working in the PE division of a major global asset manager, handling projects from fund management to co-investment diligence with global teams. Following her passion for investments, Harsha landed a fellowship at Inflexor Ventures, a deep tech VC fund, showcasing her skills in startup sourcing and evaluation, alongside thesis building. Her journey continued at Menterra Ventures, a social impact fund, where she took on responsibilities for sourcing, evaluating investments, and portfolio management across the education, healthcare, and agriculture sectors.

Outside of work, Harsha is passionate about traveling, cooking, and is a reliable source for pop culture trivia, restaurant recommendations, and fashion advice. She also enjoys reading about wellness and mental health, and loves listening to music.
